SheaGuard – Terms & Conditions

  1. Company Information
    SheaGuard is a business in the beauty and wellness industry that supplies natural skincare and cosmetic products made from 100% pure Ugandan Nilotica shea butter. SheaGuard operates under Progutter Services (pty) ltd, registered in South Africa.
  2. Delivery Policy
    Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2– 3 working days, and delivery confirmed by way of email or WhatsApp.
    Local deliveries within South Africa typically arrive within     3–7 business days, and international deliveries within 10–14 business days, depending on destination.
  3. Return and Refund Policy
    The provision of goods by SheaGuard is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SheaGuard will refund the client in full within 14 days.
    If products arrive damaged, customers must notify SheaGuard immediately via email at     info@sheaguard.com and include photographs clearly showing the damage. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

  4. Protection of Personal Information
    SheaGuard takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purposes of this clause, “personal information” is defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

  5. Payment Options Accepted

  6. Card Acquiring and Security
    Card transactions are acquired for SheaGuard via PayFast, an approved payment gateway for South African Acquiring Banks. Customer card details will not be stored by SheaGuard.
  7. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

8. Responsibility
SheaGuard takes responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions on this website, including the sale of goods and services, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

  1. Country of Domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and SheaGuard chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement: [18 Brickfield Road, Salt River, Cape Town, South Africa]
  2. Variation
    SheaGuard may, in its sole discretion, change or update this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
